Any outstanding orders placed over the holiday period will resume processing from 5th January.

With such short weeks, I don't feel secure about posting and possibly having plants sitting in limbo for over a week.

I hope you are ok with this decision.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

Discreet and Easy to Use

You will receive 20 hooks in this set. Their simple design makes them highly effective for securing plants without causing damage.

Key Features:

  • Quantity: 20 hooks supplied.

  • Flexible Design: Just bend the opening gently to encase the plant and support it.

  • Discreet: Comes in a green colour, so it is not terribly intrusive to the eye.

  • Reusable: Easy to remove when the plant no longer needs support.

Along with the handy tools and propagation gear listed above, we believe in a balanced approach to plant care.

User-Friendly Home Remedies and Treatments

Everyone encounters plant issues, and while chemical options are available, many prefer to reach for more user-friendly household items to combat pesky bugs and fungal infections.  These gentle treatments often need more frequent application but provide great results.

Items often used include:

  • Dishwasher Liquid: Suffocates pests and acts as a surfactant, helping sprays stick to plants or bugs.
  • Cinnamon: Functions as both a fungicide and a rooting hormone.
  • Honey: Serves as an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal agent, and a rooting hormone.
  • Diatomaceous Earth (DE): A versatile item with many household uses.  Fungicide, insecticide and drying agent.
  • Isoprop (Isopropyl Alcohol): Used in diluted sprays to target and dry out pests like mealybugs.
  • Hydrogen Peroxide: Useful for oxygenating soil and fighting root rot.
  • Methylated Spirits (Meths): Can be used similarly to isopropyl alcohol for pest control.

There are many more household items you can use, and this list is just a small sample. I will be writing a blog about household items that can be used on your plants—please read it!
