Posting/shipping

·         We post out early in the week: Mondays or Tuesdays only.  This is to give the parcel sufficient time to arrive, prior to the weekend.  We don’t want plants sitting in transit over the weekend if we can avoid it.

·         We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery. We do not ship to a PO BOX address.

·         Most plants are sent bare-rooted, as we find this a better method.

·         Succulents are posted dry, with no plastic or moisture anywhere near them.  Better a dehydrated succulent than a rotted, mushy plant.  Pot them up once they arrive, but do not water them for a couple of days.
