Refund Policy



Once parcels arrive at your place, firstly if the package comes to you damaged, please photograph it, and let us know.  

Unwrap and check everything has arrived in good order. 

We do our best to provide you with healthy plants.  Unfortunately, sometimes plants are stricken with poor health without showing any signs at selection time.

 ·         If there are any issues, then please message us immediately.  You will need to supply clear photographs of the damage.     

·         Take a photograph of your plant if it looks sad, even if you are willing to give it a few days to “see how it goes”.

·         Please contact us within 14 days to receive a refund, replacement, or store credit.

·         We will review your request and offer a refund we feel reflects the level of damage.

·         We do not offer refunds on plants if you change your mind after purchasing.

·         If your request is approved, then your refund will be applied within a few days. 

·         For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund. If you have changed your mind return costs are your responsibility. 

·         We do not want the plants returned.    


Requesting a refund or replacement

But if for any reason products are fault or damaged, you have the right to a replacement or refund.  The circumstances are as follows.

1/ The plant or product has been damaged in transit.  

2/ The plant dies within 7 days of arrival.  Even though you have followed the appropriate care instructions. 

3/ If your plant arrives in good condition, but then dies within 7 days, you can also contact us and discuss a refund or replacement.  We trust that you have read and followed our “care instructions”.    If you have not followed our instructions and have put your plant under more stress than is normal, then we may not be in position to refund you.

We want our customers to be happy.  Thus, we appreciate any feedback.  If there are any circumstances that you are not happy with, please get in touch with us and allow us to discuss it with you.

We can only offer a replacement of a plant if we have some in stock.

 A refund will be either store credit for you to purchase something else, or a refund into your account.
