Any outstanding orders placed over the holiday period will resume processing from 5th January.

With such short weeks, I don't feel secure about posting and possibly having plants sitting in limbo for over a week.

I hope you are ok with this decision.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

The Philodendron hastatum 'Silver Sword' is a truly beautiful and low-fuss houseplant, making it a perfect addition to almost any space.   Its defining feature is the large, glossy foliage, which is a striking silvery colour contrasted with defined green veins.   The name 'Silver Sword' comes from the shape and upright arrangement of these leaves, which slice through the air dramatically.

These Philodendrons are known for their fast growth and can certainly fill a space quickly.   To keep this plant happy, provide it with bright, indirect light and use a moist, well-draining soil mix.   A good watering rule is to let the soil dry out before giving it another drink, and don't forget to apply regular fertiliser during the growing season.   With its beauty and ease of care, it adds that quintessential tropical atmosphere to any room.

Philodendron & Epipremnum

The Philodendron and Epipremnum genera are famous for being some of the best-performing houseplants you can get, which is why they’re so popular!

They share very similar care needs, making them easy to group together.   They thrive best when placed in an area with bright, indirect sunlight.   For watering, the key is consistency: keep the soil moist but always ensure it’s well-draining. Whether you prefer the classic heart-shaped leaf of a Pothos or the unique lobing of a Philodendron, these are brilliant choices for bringing a bit of lush, green life indoors.

Philodendron

Philodendrons are a classic choice for bringing a bit of the tropics into your home, boasting over 900 different species! They're massively popular as houseplants, mostly because they're an absolute breeze to look after.

You'll find all sorts of shapes and sizes; some love to vine and trail, while others grow more upright like a shrub.   Their leaves are just gorgeous—you can get everything from classic heart-shapes to oval or deeply lobed varieties.   If you're keen to keep them happy, aim for bright, indirect sunlight and soil that stays moist but drains well.

A fantastic addition to any space!

💚 Epipremnum (Pothos)

Epipremnum, better known to many of us as Pothos, are real stunners and famously easygoing.   They're often considered the perfect beginner houseplant because they can handle a bit of neglect, bless them!

These plants are known for their beautiful, vining trails of heart-shaped leaves, which come in all sorts of variegation, from bright yellow to creamy white. They're very versatile and look brilliant cascading from a high shelf or climbing a pole. While they can tolerate lower light, they really thrive in bright, indirect spots. A great pick if you want dramatic foliage with minimal fuss!
