Frequently asked questions

Your query may be in this FAQ, please check these answers before contacting us.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Orders are processed, packed, and posted early in the week only.  Collected from our property on Mondays or Tuesdays only.  This is to avoid plants sitting in depots over the weekend.   Most parcels arrive between overnight and 3 days.   Please be aware that at certain times of the year, or when there are other obstacles delivery can take longer.

Tracking details

These are sent via email or through the website as soon as the pick-up has been arranged.   Please be aware that sometimes tracking movements are not always 100% accurate.  It may say it has been delivered, but you haven't received it.  In this case, wait a couple of days, the item will probably be delivered by then.

Where is my order

This will depend on when the order was placed.  If it was not processed before Monday, then that order will be carried over until the next packing period.

Please expect delays during busy periods and due to weather conditions.

Do we deliver?

This will depend on where you want it delivered and on our schedule.  This would be decided in a case-by-case situation.

Please contact us to discuss this.

Can I visit and collect my order?

Please, contact us to discuss this.

Can I alter my order or address?

Please contact us ASAP to do this.

My plant doesn't look healthy or has suddenly died, what can I do?

First, take a photo of the plant.   Plants can get knocked about in the post, so small amounts of damage are often nothing to worry about, but anything can happen in transit.

Was it sad looking when it arrived?

Did you follow the care instructions?

Please refer to our refund policy.  Again, contact us ASAP, even if you are still monitoring the situation with your plant.

Who is the courier company?

We live rurally and New Zealand Post is the only agency that will collect from our address.   Tracking details will be forwarded once the booking has been made.
