Any outstanding orders placed over the holiday period will resume processing from 5th January.

With such short weeks, I don't feel secure about posting and possibly having plants sitting in limbo for over a week.

I hope you are ok with this decision.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

Nana’s Peony – December 2025

Nana’s Peony – December 2025

They say patience is a virtue, but this Peony really put me to the test!   This plant belonged to my Mother-in-law for years and, as far as we know, it never actually flowered for her.   After she passed a year ago, I brought it home.

I’ve always heard that here in the North Island our winters weren't chilly enough, but here we are!   This double pink beauty has finally flowered for the first time.   It’s not the tidiest bloom in the world with all those centers, but the perfume is incredible, and the slugs have surprisingly left it well alone!

It’s finally showing its true colours: a soft, ruffled pink, smelling absolutely divine.   It feels so special to finally see what she was nurturing all those years.

Worth the wait. ✨
