Frequently asked questions

Your query may be in this FAQ, please check these answers before contacting us.

*  How long will my parcel take to arrive?

We only pack and post orders early in the week.  This is to avoid plants sitting in depots over the weekend.  Most parcels arrive between overnight and 3 days.   Please be aware that at certain times of the year, delivery can take longer.

* What courier do you use?

New Zealand Post is our usual courier, as they pick up from our rural location.  You'll receive tracking codes after we book the courier.  Please be aware that sometimes tracking movements are not always 100% accurate.

* Do you deliver?

This will depend on where you want it delivered and on our schedule.  This would be decided in a case-by-case situation.    Please contact us to discuss this.

* Where is my order?

We know you're keen to get your order! Here's how our shipping works:If your order is finalised and paid for by Monday, we'll ship it out that same week.  Orders placed towards the end of the week might be shipped the following week.Just a heads-up that you might experience delays during busy times or due to unexpected events. We really appreciate your patience!

*Can I visit and collect my order?

Yes, you can visit and collect.   Please, contact us to arrange a suitable time.

* Can I alter my order or address?

Contact us ASAP, we should be able to amend things unless the order has already been posted.

* My plant doesn't look healthy, or has already died.   What can I do?

First, take a photo of the plant.   Plants can get knocked about in the post, so small amounts of damage are often nothing to worry about, but anything can happen in transit.

Was it sad looking when it arrived?

Did you follow the care instructions?

Please refer to our refund policy.  Again, contact us ASAP, even if you are still monitoring the situation with your plant.
